Patton's enthusiasm for the customer combined with the sincerity to want to get the shoe fit right. His knowledge doesn't hurt :). The follow up was nice. Made me feel like I wasn't just dropping $125 and walking out of a shoe store with a hint of buyer's remorse. Communicates that you care.

Service was great. I emailed customer service before making my purchase because I was unsure about sizing, and i heard back the next morning. I followed the sizing advice and the shoes seem to fit well. I was very pleased with the response and knowledge about the different inov8 products and sizing.
