Returns fall into two categories.  Items purchased at full priced (no discounts, no coupons) and items not purchased at full retail price.  Please note the follow ing return policies.  If you have any questions, please use the live support feature on the right hand side of the page or send us an email at support@optimalrun.com.

• Items purchased at full price can only be returned under the following terms and conditions:

  • Items can only be returned 14 days after the purchase date
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging
  • All returns are subject to approval by OptimalRun.com
  • Approved returns are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange
  • No refunds are issued on clothing or nutritional products
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Items purchased on sale or using a discount code of any kind can only be returned under the following terms and conditions:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  You can also view the "Returns Made Easy" video below.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to indicate any specific mailing instructions and to purchase shipping insurance if requested.  Free & Priority shipping do not include insurance.

In the unfortunate event a package becomes, lost, stolen or damaged during shipping OptimalRun.com will expedite replacement orders for all which included insurance.  If insurance was not purchased, the reconciliation and replacement of the product is the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

Yes Canada, this means you too.  We love rocking the international shipment.  This is a process that is easy for us to do and has helped up to have friends around the world.  Here are a few things to that are different about our shipping policies for the continental United States.

Shipping:  Unless otherwise requested we ship via USPS First Class Parcel.  This can take 5-15 business days and not include weekends.  This may take a little longer, but we have found that it is the most cost effective way to ship.  In the event you want your shoes a little sooner, we can make that option available.  You can reach us a number of ways on our "Connect & Contact" page.

Customs & other fees:  It is the sole responsibility of the receiver to pay and adhere to any additional customs fees that a country may add or require.  Customs fees can vary based on the size, weight and cost of a package. 

Returns & Exchanges:  It is the sole responsibility of the international buyer for any and all costs that my be accrued when returning a package.  Returns can be made if a product is shipped back to OptimalRun.com within 30 days of the purchase in the original packaging and meets the requirements in our "returns" section.

Lost Items:  In the event a package is lost upon shipment for an international package it is the sole responsiblity of the purchaser to work with local shipping and customs agencies to track down the package.  OptimalRun.com is not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages lost during international shipping.

 All orders ship within one business day!  Fulfillment takes place Monday - Friday.  Our offices are open on most holidays and our shipping schedule follows the USPS calendar.  

To keep you well informed we send a series of emails confirming your order, the shipment and tracking information.  Should you need your order expedited, please let us know.  You can reach us through a number of methods on our "Connect & Contact Us" page.
